These General Terms and Conditions apply to all transfer and taxi services booked through TAXI Ozi, Inh. Ozan Döner, Exlgasse 39, 6020 Innsbruck, regardless of the booking channel (website, telephone or email).

A booking becomes binding as soon as we have confirmed the date, route and price in writing (by email, SMS or WhatsApp). Changes to the pickup time or destination can be made free of charge up to 24 hours before the journey.
Cancellations made up to 24 hours before the journey are free of charge. In the event of later cancellations or no-shows, a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the fare may be charged.
We are liable within the scope of the applicable statutory provisions for damages caused by gross negligence or intent. We accept no liability for delays caused by force majeure, weather conditions or official orders; in such cases, we will make every effort to provide a timely alternative solution.
Austrian law shall apply, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. The place of performance and, insofar as legally permissible, the place of jurisdiction shall be Innsbruck. Should any provision of these Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
